This was a trip for a family funeral. It served our needs well. I had stayed there 4 years ago. It doesn’t seem like it has been kept up very well - definitely sighs of aging.
There was an advertised “dinner” in the lobby in the early evening; it was chicken nuggets, iceberg lettuce with dressing, and potato chips. I think a “happy hour” with things like chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, veggies/dip might be more appealing.
The breakfast was better than expected - the best we’ve seen since our limited travels the past pandemic years. Wasn’t fancy, but it was ok.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
A serviceable hotel, at a reasonable cost.

The hotel's website promised a shuttle service to the airport, which was a top priority for me. However, when I arrived, the receptionists told me that the service wasn't available due to staffing issues, despite previous assurances. This inconsistency was frustrating and highlights the need for accurate information.

This was very convenient for me and where I needed to go. Easy check in and out.
Only issue was it wasn't very quiet. People above me were horrible well into the night. Very loud. Hotel was busy on Fri. And Sat. Nights. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Beds were comfortable. My only issue was with breakfast. They were out of food, juice, water etc… and slow to replace. Everything else was great and I would definitely stay again. It was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for awhile.

The front desk staff was working very hard. It appeared they were short staffed as it was a busy check in but only one staff at 5:00pm. The woman working was polite and efficient. The room was clean but could use some touch up painting and some new grout in the shower. The linens were clean, the bed was comfortable.
There was no dry towels in the pool, only a huge bin of wet/dirty towels. Also the pool area needed general cleaning as empty water bottles and some garbage were on the unoccupied tables. I went to front desk for towels. I was given the 4 towels I needed but again the front desk staff appeared very busy checking in guests. Awhile later the front desk staff came and supplied dry towels in the pool area, she made a quick pass of picking up a few garbage items then appeared to hurry back to her front desk. The pool area could use some painting and the wire vent hangers need repairs as several are completely broken.
The next morning I noticed two staff for check out. The breakfast was decent and hot items were kept stocked.
All and all I saw one very dedicated staff on duty at check in, the hotel was clean but could use some maintenance updates.
