It is with a heavy heart that I must write this review for the terrible hotel I had the misfortune of staying in. I must say that my experience was not unique, as many others have expressed similar opinions over the last decade. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was abysmal. It constantly disconnected and had awful speeds. It was practically impossible to get any work done or even browse the internet without frustration. The breakfast was another disturbing aspect of my stay. The eggs had an indescribable taste that left me feeling uneasy. It was basic and unappetizing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on dinner. I had planned an amazing trip to Italy, only to be disappointed by the terrible food served at this hotel. It was cheap, uninspired, boring, tasteless garbage. Who wants to eat such terrible food when visiting Italy? To make matters worse, it took me three nights to finally find almost hot water in the shower. The two previous nights, it was like warm at best. It was a struggle just to take a decent shower. And if you are traveling with a group or family, be ready to only be able to flush the toilet once every ten minutes or so as it takes that long to “recharge.” This was a major inconvenience and made my stay even more unpleasant. In conclusion, I urge anyone reading this review to avoid this hotel at all costs. The terrible Wi-Fi, disturbing breakfast, terrible dinner, lack of hot water, and slow-flushing toilets are just a few of the many reasons why you should choose another place to stay. Do not make the same mistake I did (actually, I didn’t make this mistake…EF Tours made it). And this was considered “In Rome”…not even close. One day it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive to Rome.

The lobby was fine but the room #224 was filthy dirty, hand prints all over, holes in the walls, holes in the bathtub, mystery goo on the ceiling. Our group had 12 rooms and every one of them sounded worse than the previous one. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

Well-maintained hotel with comfortable, modern rooms. Prepared and friendly staff. Really spot on location, easy to reach and with ample parking right in front of the hotel entrance. Nearby there is a shopping center with cinema so as not to get bored! The only flaw: wifi a bit slow in the room

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, I must say that apart from problems related to the Wi-Fi, I found myself very well. Very large and clean room, friendly and welcoming staff, abundant breakfast. Excellent location for those who have to go to Rome or neighboring areas (200 MT highway).

I was in this hotel for a company meeting. Spacious and equipped meeting rooms. Also very nice room with attention to detail! After the meeting I ate at the restaurant. Really excellent dinner, I found everything excellent!

I stopped by for work. Recently refurbished. I stayed in a fourth floor room. The mattress is very comfortable! I slept great! Breakfast in the morning varied and with fresh products. Right price/quality ratio.

Not at all recommended for several reasons, some of a very serious nature. We have been on a study trip with many students. The hotel did not offer us a "normal" breakfast time in the case of a study trip in which you leave early to visit the city, claiming that they had other groups, and we were not a group that counted on half board? We will never go back, it was like a horror movie; It is impossible to describe in words what we teachers in charge felt during those days. I never imagined that something like this could happen to us. The hotel's explanations were unsatisfactory, trying to hide what happened with excuses, unconvincing for those of us who experienced it and witnessed what happened.
