Lovely place, walking distance from everything, timely and good attention, but if you bring a car, parking is a nightmare….

The host was very lovely when we arrived, very welcoming and gave us a complimentary upgrade and bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Our issues with the stay were a mosquito infestation in our room, the walls had squashed bugs on them so it was apparent this was already an issue. We made the host aware and they did not seem concerned, and advised us just to use the wall plug ins to stop the bugs. The other issue was just the overall cleanliness of the room. The floors were dirty and many dust bunny’s present. Otherwise, this unit was massive and quite central!

Very clean, well equipped property in a great location. Pictures don’t do it justice, felt like a luxury hotel. Hosts not super communicative but didn’t need them for much. Thanks

We had a fabulous stay. Palazzo Branchi is a lovely family run, beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. The apartments are stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and well appointed. You will have a great stay.

This property was perfect for our stay. A walking distance from the Duomo & cathedral and the city center. The family in charge are always there. Helpful and reply to our what’s app msgs right away.

Charming apartment! There was cleaning service daily. We got to check in early. Close walk to popular areas. AC worked fine:)

DO NOT STAY HERE… we arrived and the room was 100 degrees they said it would cool down. 2 hours later no AC and leaking water. We had to leave and check into another hotel. The lady who owns it said they would refund my payment. Now she avoids my calls and won’t answer on WhatsApp. I highly suggest you find a different hotel terrible experience
