We stayed here for 1 night before our trip to Disneyland Paris on the 31st March. Upon check in one of the other customers was complaining about the noise…..not a great start! After reaching the room it was soooo hot in there! The room was disgusting nothing like the ones advertised on tv total misrepresentation, the curtains were so dirty we didn’t want to touch them. My husband wouldn’t even have a shower as the bathroom was so dirty and old and tired. My daughter’s socks were black from the carpet. This place is disgusting more like a grotty B&B!

We stayed here as a stop over before getting the tunnel. The first room we had was in the annex and smelt badly of damp, was very dated and needed updating. We were in a family room and when lying on the single bed it was horrendous with springs poking through. We went to reception who agreed to move us to the main hotel. This room did not smell of damp and seemed better, however the single bed was awful. My two daughters ending up sharing one single bed as the smallest bed was so uncomfortable. We had friends staying in another family room and their experience was similar. We definitely did not have the 'good nights sleep' that Premier Inn guarantee. We won't be returning!

There were spores in room our room and the hotel had a musty/ damp smell all over. Terrible water pressure meant a weak shower and blocked toilet. Broken curtain rain on arrival. Cold room. Inattentive staff in reception and bar. Tired and old hotel overall.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly We had a dodgy thermostat that constantly clicked and no one to report it to. Breakfast was as expect but a little over priced. Like the bits you can buy if you have forgotten toothpaste ect and the vending machines are handy. Would of liked an iron we've had this in rooms in other hotels on par with Premier Inn ect but it was OK.

We always choose Premier Inn when we can. The high standard and consistent quality are a key consideration. We are obsessed with the quality of the beds! On this trip the location of the Inn was a key factor and we had a lovely surprise to see the reception manned at 23:00 hr. Overall it is an excellent place to stay

Great place to stop ahead of a Chunnel crossing where the time tables get a little sp**** around midnight. Very basic (£75 for a room that sleeps 3) but workable. Only get 1 plastic key and you need this to get out of the front door as well as activate the lights. So if you need to go back to the car or reception any family members left in the room are subjected to darkness! Wife wasn’t very pleased, although it did mean she realised she was better off helping with the luggage rather than just leaving me to it! Only other comment is our room was a little damp - it was the end one and felt like it hadn’t been used for a while

Stayed here for one night before getting the euro tunnel. Our room was on the ground floor in the other building next to the restaurant. As soon as we entered the room the smell of damp was very strong. We then noticed patches of damp on the wall that had the window on it. There was also mould on the curtains. We had our toddler with us. There was no way we could sleep in this room. My partner went to reception and we were immediately given a room in the main building on the first floor. No smell or evidence of damp in that room. I have stayed here several times and not had an issue before but this was the first time I have been given a room in the other building. I would advise to avoid the other building and the hotel needs to fix the damp issues.
