Food was good, room was ‘clean’ but the hotel overall was very ‘tired’. That is to say it was a nice hotel at one time but now is looking ‘long in tooth’ and could use a refurbishment.

bad experience. There was a cockroach in the room, I asked to change it, but they said it wasn't possible due to the hotel being full.
I ordered pasta, the grated cheese was moldy, I asked for a change and they sent the same one.
