Worth staying, all the rooms facing the Mount Fuji. Stunning view of Mount Fuji just in front of you. Room is newly renovated. Good staff service, and it is a baby friendly hotel

Super nice view of Mt Fuji. Staffs are very helpful as well. Also, I expected the room to be a bit worn-out since the hotel has a long history but it turned out super neat and new.

Room was big and clean with an amazing view of Mt fuji. Kiseki dinner was also delightful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

The hotel view is excellent and wake up with Fuji mount view.
The service is good and free shuttle to the station. The hot bath with Mount Fuji view. It’s very relaxing.

Super nice and helpful staff!!! Nice view from and room is big. We were having a really great time. I was there during autumn, and really close to Momiji Corridor Lake Kawaguchi, it’s worth the visit if during that time. Recommend to book at least 3 months in advance or there is no option for room.

The hotel staff were very professional and kind, and prepared everything for us carefully.
The environment is very comfortable and the food is delicious. I will want to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Lake Kawaguchi!
