We arrived at the hotel around 2pm and checked in. We were informed that early check-in was not possible, which we understood. We left our luggage at the hotel and went to the job site. However, when we returned to the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms available, even though we had a reservation and had already paid for it. This was very frustrating for us. After waiting for a while, the hotel staff sorted out the situation and we were finally given our rooms.

Good place to stay for travel tournaments. Did not expect a handicapped room. It wad spacious but was not used to room layout and sink light did not work. Breakfast was pretty bland bit you get what you pay for i guess

Tried to checkin to my resevation at 5:30pm. Rooms not ready. Said they would text me when ready. Never texted me. Returned at 7:30pm room stil just finishing. Room was half completed. blind would not close. sofa bed was open and cushions thrown on floor. Everyone gave me the excuse that "didn't have help" Not my problem. I paid for a room. I fly over 100 flights per year and stay in hotel rooms 160 days a year. I liked Hyatt Place but this was my worst experience at a hotel in along time. Will give Hyatt another chance but if I have another problem I will focus on Marriott

Arrived at 5:30 pm and was advised that room wasnt ready yet, check in was supposed to be at 3. Waited with four other people also wanting. Room initially had a strange odor but disipated after about an hour.

It was really good, just the pool was closed for maintenance unfortunately. Room wasn't ready when we arrived but they quickly got it ready at check in. Great quality for the price

We went to Gilbert AZ for are granddaughter wedding. And everyone was very nice and the rooms were clean. I like the Hyatt hotels. Never had any problems with them. They go out of they way to help you. I would go back again.

I had a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. The room was so small you could not walk around the beds, and the bathroom was so small that you could not close the door without standing in the bathtub. The drain in the bathtub stunk so bad we had to leave the door closed and the fan on the entire stay. The breakfast room was way too small, and there were very few food options. We asked for a blanket from the front desk at about 8:30pm, and the employee said he could not get us one because he was the only employee and could not leave the desk.
