The accommodation part of this hotel is totally unloved and tired, which is exactly how as a guest you will feel the day that you check out of this hotel. They do not have any systems in place to ensue that the maid services highlight any issues with the room before they then sell the rooms to unsuspecting guests. They tricked me into paying full price for a room that did not have a working TV. It is also did not have a remote control with batteries that worked either. The TV remote would not operate the TV even when fitted with new batteries. The TV would also not work using the manual buttons on the side. So, basically I purchased a room without a TV! Thanks! I also had to put up with a constant very loud drip from the shower head during my whole stay. Thanks for that! To top it off I go to iron a couple of shirts and find a filth ironing board cover! Thanks for that one too! Although, the carpets in the room weren't filthy (I've seen worse), they were dirty. So, why not hire a rug doctor and give the carpets a clean, and while your at it, wash or replace the ironing board cover, and whilst your doing that fix the TV, and also whilst your in the mood for it fix the shower head too. And then, and only then, place the room back up for sale!! Room 254..
I wasn't even offered any discount on my evening meal, or even a free pint!! Thanks for that!!
I'll never go back to that hotel again...!!
