We're handy if you want to stretch those legs too, with some great walks around the Twin Lakes and in the Lincolnshire countryside. If you'd like something a bit more fast-paced, why not try go-karting at PFI Karting, or watch the races at Newark? The shops at Nottingham are well worth a visit, and Belvoir Castle is a must too. What a lovely stay! Staff were super friendly, We got given complimentary beers and fruit shoot on arrival which was a nice touch. The room was clean and big no issues plenty of space for kids to play around. We had breakfast the next morning everything fresh and had a table booked for us.

Older woman stranded at Grantham station this was the perfect place to stay .Reception staff were so friendly & supportive to a very weary traveller - both on the phone before arrival & at checking in. The room was super clean, comfy bed & great shower. Cooked breakfast excellent - with a toaster set to give 'brown' toast first time around - that is rare enough to deserve a mention !!

Stayed at the Premier in which was great, however the pub next door was a bit quiet so they kicked out the customers at 9.30, alot of pissed off people who wanted to have a few beers after a long day.

Karen is an absolute credit to the company! Hotel is a classic premier inn with an attached restaurant, all good and as you would expect. Great location and good atmosphere. Good location for Grantham and all it covers …. Honestly, Karen is the star of the show!

Well what can I say. We stayed Friday to Sunday room number 10, the room was nice although there was a layer of dust on the bedside table, and some of the sockets weren’t working. The thermostat was useless did not operate the heater at all. So it was either too hot or too cold in the room. The people next door to us (I believe a group of teenagers) thought it would be funny to knock on our door Friday night several times. Then Saturday night at around 9pm they decided to kick the door several times frightening my child! They then cleared and at around midnight they came back and done it again, slamming doors also, shouting, we had to be up early and this ruined our nights sleep. Couldn’t find any one at reception so waited till morning, when we was told “ oh we didn’t hear anything” and that was that no offer of compensation (a good nights sleep or your money back) no apologies, nothing!! On returning home I have noticed that premier Inn have taken another £10 from our business account?? I already paid £177 for the room, why have you taken another £9.99??? After the rubbish 2 nights we had in your hotel?? Terrible!

Really friendly "all staff" and welcoming no problems. Could not recommend more. Lorina, Karen, Curtis were the most helpful, very quiet and relaxing never heard a heated argument through the wall not like travel lodge with wafer thin walls you definitely pay for what you get for sound proof walls, comfy bedding, flat screen tv what else could you ask for.

We stayed at the Premier Inn grantham, as it was nearby places we were visiting. The premier inn was easy to find with lots of car parking spaces. The lady on reception made us feel welcome, and there was no wait. Our room was spacious, (bigger than other hotels we've been to). The room was clean, tidy with all the amenities you'd expect in a hotel. Any staff we passed, said a warm and friendly hello. We'd paid for the dinner and breakfast deal, which worked out well. Nice food. Again great service. If I go to grantham again, without a doubt I'd return to the Premier inn.

Top service I stay here for business most weeks and it never fails me . The restaurant next door is good just so busy you must book a table . The staff I see are always friendly nothing is too much to much trouble . Some rooms are older than others they do look dated but if you ring and ask for a new room that is what you get .

Came home for a family funeral. Stayed in room 43. Absolutely amazing night. Bed was comfortable and the duvet was thicker than what I am used to. Karen the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. My key wouldn't unlock my room. 4 times I pestered her and each time she helped me. She was staying on a bit longer than normal as someone hadn't turned up for work. Even in the morning Karen was polite and courteous with all the guests. Breakfast (OH MY GOODNESS) fantastic or what! A full English amazing.
