The hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.

環境安靜 但比較像給當地人 駕車的人住
周邊有公車 坐個30-40分鐘 可以到市區。算是便利。旁邊還有超無敵大的BILLA超市廣場 可以好好逛 。

De service is zeer, maar ook zeer slecht. In de nacht meerdere keren gebeld en kregen een bandje te horen, omdat de lijn niet 24/7 open was. Dit had ik niet verwacht van zo een grote hotelketen. Uiteindelijk een mailtje verstuurd en verteld dat ik later zal zijn, omdat we autopech hadden. Op het hotel waren we later dan wat ik in de mail had geschreven. Dit heb je natuurlijk niet in handen als je autopech hebt en afhankelijk ben van anderen. Ze hadden blijkbaar, omdat we later op het hotel waren de kamers gereserveerd aan anderen en konden in het systeem het bookingnummer niet meer vinden.. Op het hotel zijn we niet geholpen en daar ging dan onze geld voor 2 kamers. Op geen enkele manier zijn we niet geholpen. De medewerkers hebben geen empathie en missen communicatievaardigheden als het gaat om klant tevreden stellen en helpen... Ondanks alle problemen die we onderweg hadden, hebben ook nog problemen met het hotel gehad ..

Everything was normal at all. I checked in by myself. If you are a solo traveler or just not by your own car, you will be surprised how far hotel is from the central part of the city. The rest was fine.

Extremely unfriendly staff. LIE about soundproofing, you will hear your neighbors snoring all night. Completely unapologetic about having BLACK MOULD in their rooms, which Is a toxic health hazard and extremely rude. Never again. They then claim."you can call our emergency number" which is not true. Disgusting Hotel Chain.
