Expect more on hardware and service improvements. Curtain was missed by half, check-in took 10min. Breakfast was good, parking space is big.

We stayed for six nights in a superior room with balcony. The hotel was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Cleanliness of rooms and all areas exemplary. The breakfasts were superb. We were visiting family who live nearby so we only had dinner in the hotel on one evening. It was excellent. We hope to return again and have already recommended the hotel to family and friends. Thank you to the whole team at Hotel Jakob.

Sehr angenehmes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Freundliche Leutchen vom Empfang bis zum Check-out. Die normalen Zimmer sind okay, aber eine der Suiten sollte es dann schon sein, wenn es ein wenig geräumiger und mit schöner Aussicht sein soll. Gerne wieder.

Von der Begrüßung bei der Ankunft bis zum Checkout, alles wunderbar! Die Betten sind traumhaft weich, das Ambiente im ganzen Haus sehr ruhig und entschleunigend. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen köstlich und nicht überteuert! Der Saunabereich sauber und liebevoll gestaltet, besonders der Ruhebereich mit seinen Boxspringbetten zum entspannen. Für uns zwar das erste, aber definitiv nicht das letzte Mal!

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Personal super nett. Frühstück Auswahl ausreichend. Meiner Frau wurde extra lactosefreie Milch und Putenwurst gereicht, was wir vorher angemeldet hatten. Super Service!

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe Freunden ein herrliches Wochenende hier im Odenwald verbracht. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für Wanderungen. Die Zimmer sind freundlich, modern und sehr sauber. Das Restaurant bietet eine feine Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir sind regelmässig im Hotel Jakob und dies schon seit Jahren. Es gefällt uns immer sehr gut. ruhige Lage, Parkplätze und schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Essen und Bedienung sehr gut. Wir hoffen wir können noch lange kommen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und bequem. Das Bad war geräumig und modern. Das Essen sehr gut und auch die Getränke. Das Service Personal hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent, sowohl beim Frühstück an der Rezeption und auch beim Abendessen.
