Bfast poor food cold asked to make hot 2 time still cold, hot water from coffee machine dirty, no glasses for juice no knife and fork. No service.
Reception staff very helpful on check in.

The environment is good. You can see the scenery of Shanshui Park outside the window, which is very beautiful. The girl at the front desk who received us on the first day was very kind. She even arranged a late check-out and gave me a little doll. But the service is more about the details. I called the front desk several times and no one answered. The breakfast milk was blended with milk powder, and I saw that the outlet of the container was blocked.
