Ordered Thali and Veg biryani.. Taste is very good and we can feel the authentic taste of Andhra cuisine. Ambience is super cool and entire restaurant is clean and hygienic. A must visit place in Guntur for food lovers. Will recommend for sure to my friends..

Excellent place to stay in Guntur. The options for food are very elaborate. Food is tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel if you gonna visit Guntur. Conference halls are huge and our meeting went well. All the dealers were super happy with the facilities provided by the hotel. Hotel has a great team, keep up the good work. SRK

. I have stayed at dozen of hotels but This was the worst experiences ever. Staff was irresponsible rooms are not cleaned Bad Wi-Fi and look like 4star but quality not more than 2 star suggested to don’t stay in this property

We had food at this restaurant and within an hour we all got skin allergies - scratching going on. Hopefully, that zyrtec will work. Please dont eat at this restaurant and protect your family's health. Spend extra money and visit ITC - great quality. The ***agement of The Capital restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

Stayed here for two nights and it was good! The staff was courteous. The funny thing was I ordered carrot dosa and I got onion one :D The minibar was packed with good stuff but I went downstairs supermarket to eat the same to reduce expenses!

I have also worked as Executive Chef, Corporate Chef gaa and General ***ager in ***y hotels. I stayed at The Captain Hotel in Guntur for my official work. I am very happy. Good quality amenities are also provided in the room. The hotel is kept in good hygiene condition. Staff are all working with good communications. Exactly what the guest wants Service is being provided without any confusion. Rooms, front office, service is good. An excellent spot for special foodies. Food is really tasty. The service team is also great Working as dedicated. If I give you five star waiting, I feel less. All the best from the Capital Hotel team. For those who come to Guntur, my suggestion is to definitely stay.. Venkat Ra***a Thankyou very much..

Parents stayed at this property, they said the staff was cooperative and good apart from the unnecessary early check in fees. But when they early checked in, they said their room was dirty/grimy. Need better maintenance but overall, it was fine.

The room had some kind of damp smell, bathroom was not clean, outlets were not working.
