I love this place food, staff , security everything ... Food was nice ... Room also well decor and clean ..... Staff is very helpful........Everything is good .. i suggest that uh should visit once. it's really good ......................

Excellent stay in clarens hotel, staff is really good and professional. Sandeep Kumar f/o team very good. Food was excellent stay very amazing, food very delicious. The staff is very friendly. I love food taste and staff was so good and friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly & welcoming specially front desk team .You will not feel like that you are visiting the hotel for first time. As per my experience hotel is perfect for everyone like family, office employees,solo,couple & bachelor party etc. Over all it was a good experience with the hotel.

The overall experiance was quite magnificent, especially the service provided by Mr avnish and gunjan.the behaviour and the civility provided was truly good.will definitely reconsider visiting again. Amazing stay will come back soon,

We hosted an event in the restaurant/ cafe - Ladera. The ***ager of the property - Mr. Lalit is a really helpful person who took care of everything. Food and ambience was really really good *****with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Would highly suggest and recommend visiting the place. There are amazing clubs and bars in the hotel - RTB being one of them. But the most outstanding aspect of the amazing service, help and support across everything (specially from Mr. Lalit).

Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful.

We had to frequently change rooms. Doors to the washrooms did not work, it got flooded. There was loud noise through the night (till 5am) on Friday and Saturday as there is a club there too.
