The facilities were old, probably because it was built early among the route inns, but the customer service was satisfactory. As a coffee lover, I was disappointed that the welcome coffee machine was out of order.

It was very convenient as it was near the station!
However, I was planning to have dinner at the restaurant, but it was closed on holidays, which was a bit disappointing. So I walked towards Mikkamachi, but the road was dark and lonely at night.
Also, I think it would be nice to have a plan that doesn't include breakfast.

I asked for a smoking room, but it smelled more like cigarettes than I expected. I used a smoking room at another company's hotel, but it was the smelliest I've ever had. I used breakfast, but the side dishes were not good enough. . . I searched for salad dressing, but there was only mayonnaise standing upside down in a small gap. I don't usually put mayonnaise on it, so I ate it with soy sauce next to it. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable but definitely on the small side.
Guest instructions are not consistent with what is actually done. The instruction sheet says to leave your key at the main desk if you leave the hotel (which is similar to some hotels in Europe). However, if you do, they start checking you out. So don't do that.

Railroad users will appreciate the fact that it is close to Hon-Hachinohe Station (about 1 minute from the ticket gate/hotel lobby). There is a *****tore almost next door, making it convenient to purchase hygiene products and food. I also bought dry batteries that were on sale.
