The hotel is near the main fire in Hamburg, in the middle-eastern area, the streets are full of Alibaba, there are many people, it is very crowded, and it is not very clean. In the middle of the night, there are people partying on the roof of the hotel next door. The hotel itself, no one at the front desk, go to the hotel next door to check in, the room is ok

Good to know that this area is not very good and clientele can be special. In our case the other guests were very loud at 2am. We had to abort our stay after one night since we could not sleep well. The doors opening and closing were very loud and could be herd from our room which made it difficult to have uninterrupted sleep. Good price overall.

Overall, it was a bad experience for a hotel that boasts a 3-star rating. We got lost looking for the reception, the entrance and hallway were dirty, the elevator wasn't working and the room for three people was very small. I would suggest bringing a slipper with you as the carpeted floor looks very nasty. We only got one set of keys even though we were three people. The reception was nice but didn't speak English. Told us the wrong room number so we had to go back to ask again.
Location-wise, the hotel is very close to the bus station and the main tourists attraction.

There was no reception facility on this hotel, it was written to go to reception on second building (which was another hotel). When we booked this hotel, it was mentioned that "parking available for the price of €4.50 per day but when we arrived in the hotel they were demanding €15 per night. We had to pay €30 per night for 2 cars.

Det levet op til det vi forventet ud fra hvad vi har betalt for opholdet. De var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Ja det er et ældre hotel men der er rent og der er så rent at man kan gå i strømpe sokker ned i receptionen uden at få beskidte føder. Og badeværelserne var nye så de renovere lige så stille kan man se :)

Vi havde bestilt et stort 4 værelse med 4 enkeltsenge men fik et lille med en dobbeltseng og en enkelt seng mast sammen på meget få kwm, men folkene var flinke og beliggenheden ganske god.. lidt rabarberkvarter, men i fon gåafstand til centrum…. Men vi fik ikke det vi betalte for… 👎
