Stay was great and provided everything we needed

It was raining, so I went a little earlier, but it turned out that I could only arrange check-in at 4 pm, even if there was a room. The main reason was that the attitude was too indifferent, so I had to go to the University of Chicago for a tour. Fortunately, the rain was light, and breakfast was also available It's plain bread. The biggest and biggest problem is not going online!

The carpet looked soiled, the toilet bowl was stained, rust around the sink drain, and tub drain. Creamer for the coffee was curled. I will not stay in another Ramada again.

Our room had water malfunctions. Sink faucet constantly dripped . Shower drainage didn't drain properly.

Nice hotel in a perfect distance from Chicago. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food (pancakes, cereal, egg mc muffin). We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the very nice personel.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast experience was not that good. A group/team of young men were very disrespectful of others. Parents must of not raised them to respect others.

Clearly, the hotel hasn't been updated in a while. The room was clean, though, and didn't smell weird or have gross carpet, like some other budget hotels I've stayed in. Not a great neighborhood, though.

The property was close to many eatery's and some shopping. The room was clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking. The furnishings in lobby a little outdated. The bathroom door was splittered on the backside. The staff was friendly.

This is an older hotel but it is in pretty good condition. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are dated but comfortable and very large.
