Good value for money, I booked a suite with two large beds, very comfortable. There is no breakfast, but it is very convenient to go out and buy it. There is a bun shop at the intersection. We stayed at the Xizili Art Hotel near the downtown area. The staff and friendly and accommodating even if you're a foreigner with little to no Chinese-speaking ability. The facilities were nice and the accommodation was quite comfortable. The hotel is located near many tourists spots (within 30 minutes or so by car) including West Lake, West Lake Cultural Center, Wulin Square, Hangzhou Tower Shopping City, and the Hangzhou Kerry Centre. Definitely an affordable hotel if you're wanting to spend more on food and attractions in the city.
