It is easy to reach different parts of the city by car. Checking in and out was easy. Paid parking is available. Our room was not very large, but it was enough for us. I think the breakfast was sufficient. Personally, I am happy to stay in Meininger hotels.

The hotel is close to Heildberg central station. I spent a very comfortable night there. Reception service was efficient and friendly. The room was very quiet, clean and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean.

Considering that the hotel is one of the cheapest in Heidelberg, you really get a lot on offer. The rooms and bathroom are modern and clean, the location is very close to the main train station but still quiet, and for the price you probably won't find anything better in Heidelberg. When I'm back in Heidelberg I will definitely come back!

This is not a hotel but more of a youth hostel and a very expensive one at that! The staff is rather rude to unfriendly, the rooms are small. The location very noisy and very far from everything. If the staff uses a first name, even though you use your own, in a way as if you were in the ghetto, that's a bad sign. I wanted to order drinks and the lady came out of the back room looking bored and the first thing she said when I ordered was "but that's 10.50"! Yes and? Do I look like I can't afford it? Hair from the previous tenant or the cleaning lady found in the room or in the bathroom. The rooms are reminiscent of youth hostels. And for that 120€ per night? Never again! We left straight away.

I booked a bed in female dormitory from 07/01/2022 to 07/02/2022 and paid more than usual. As soon as I was in bed, 2 men came into the room, which I didn't expect at all. I wish the hotel would check this regularly and not disappoint the guests.

All in all quite ok. We visited a Meininger Hotel in Brussels that was much cleaner. The staff was very friendly and could answer every question. The beds are far too soft, which resulted in all of us having back pain after 2 nights. The hotel is located right next to an S-Bahn and so you can get to the old town quite quickly. We really enjoyed the breakfast too!

We stayed at this hotel to accompany our son to Heidelberg for study purposes. The staff immediately seemed very kind and helpful, in particular Mrs. Cosima (who takes care of the breakfasts): very friendly, nice and very approachable (she really knows how to satisfy the guests, during our last breakfast she asked the reception to put on Radio Italy only for us). The rooms are sufficiently spacious, very clean and well equipped. Very modern bathroom complete with all amenities (even hairdryer and soap). Abundant breakfast with a wide choice. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit to Heidelberg!

Die 4er Zimmer sind für 4 Personen etwas klein. Die Gederobe hat nur 3 Bügel obwohl es ein 4er Zimmer ist. Das Badezimmer ist super. Die Verstaumöglichkeiten sind mehr als eingeschränkt. Zum Abendessen kann man hier Pizza und Flammkuchen bestellen, allerdings ist dies bei uns nicht möglich gewesen, da dies bereits von einer großen Schulgruppe am Vortag gegessen würde. Dies würde mehr Planung verlangen.

Gutes Hotel, wir hatte für 4 Personen ein Zimmer das war schon sehr eng. Nächstes mal dann 2 Zimmer da Preis / Leistung echt top ist. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ok am Bahnhof, in die Altstadt nimmt man allerdings die Bahn. Auch zu einem Supermarkt sollte man die Bahn nehmen. Tickets kann man auch im Hotel kaufen für die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel
