A nice size room and beautiful area. Slightly awkward room layout with the three beds but plenty of space and wonderful staff.

When we checked into the hotel they wanted to take a photocopy of our passport. When we didn’t want them to do this they insisted that it was because we are Dutch. I would like to suggest management to look up the European law on photocopying passports and ID cards which states that it is forbidden for other than financial Institutions and notaries to take photocopies of identity cards. There was a threatening air at reception with three men at reception claiming that they had the right to take a photocopy of our passport. In the end they noted the passport number although they kept insisting they were right. The room was clean, however very noisy and smelly from the food of the restaurant downstairs. The soap in the shower was finished and the airconditing made a lot of noise but didn’t cool the room. There was nobody at checkout and the outside door could only be opened from the inside, not the outside.

A small quiet hotel with a good breakfast and a different restuarant offering to what is usual in a small village hotel. Great vaue for the price charged and a bigger room than I would have expected. Will be my foirst choice when back working at my clients premises nearby rather than travelling a little further from one of the bigger cities close by

After Some incheck issues (roomreservation could not be found, but after intervention of ********** problem solved) I had a great stay in nice room. Nice Bathroom and very good restaurant (Indian dishes are great).
Location is only 5 minutes walk from trainstation for 5 minute ride to downtown Leuven.

Good service and comfort. Distant public parking if late arrival.
Room overheated when I arrived. I managed to turn off the radiator in the bedroom but not the one in the bathroom. By itself, it heated the room too much. I had to sleep with the window open!

Prima hotel, we verbleven hier ivm bezoek Torhout- Werchter.
Alleen 15€ voor ontbijt is wel prijzig, ook al was het ontbijt prima.

L’accueil était parfait (sauf que personne ne parle Français, mais ce n’est pas très grave). Chambre correcte et propre, mais l’église est juste en face, alors je vous laisse imaginer le son des cloches dès 7h du matin…
La climatisation est assurée par un appareil mobile qui fait un boucan d’enfer. Il faut aimer le côté pittoresque de la chose.
L’établissement est petit, mais relativement propre, et le personnel disponible.
