Excellent deal for the price. Clean hotel in good shape. Free breakfast was beyond expectations.

Room was clean. However, there was only 1 plastic cup in the room to drink out of. A coffee pot, but no cups to make coffee in! Disappointing that the spa and pool were both closed.

The pool was closed. The spa was closed. It smelled like sewer and Lysol. There was a note on couch bed that said we’d be charged $100 if we used it. The waffles mix was sour.

Front desk person did not know his job, tv did not work so we requested another room and were allowed to move. Cafe attached to the hotel served us very old hoagie bread with our sandwich. Breakfast was cold, the bananas were black and the hot water for tea was not hot even after he refilled it.

Comfy beds but pillows not the best. Staff was amazing and very nice. Hotel could use a make over but one of the better choices to stay at. Would rebook.

I truly like this property. the staff is always friendly and accommodating. the property is kept clean and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately things are getting a bit run down - wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the furniture looking pretty worn and the linens are showing extreme wear. While i was there, they were replacing all of the flooring so i take that as a sign that the owners are working on updating.

This was our first time visiting Hot Springs, South Dakota. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities are a little dated, but the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We hope to visit the area again.

The hotel is undergoing remodeling - so it was a bit dusty, piles of old carpet outside, etc...that said the price was pretty fair, the room was nice enough and clean. Our room probably had new carpet and paint, however the mattress needed replacement and the bathroom lacked some basic supplies.
All in all, we hope that the refurbishing adds value - we poke with the general manager who said that the hotel should be better sooner than later.

Excellent staff! A little disappointed that the microwave in the room did not work and there were no cups for the coffee maker. And only one coffee pod for my two day stay.
Breakfast was very good with an excellent fellow attending and making sure all needs were met.
