Villa Nora Hvar

nice small hotel in the center of Hvar. excellent breakfast.the staff is very helpful, the rooms are spacious and well equipped.I especially liked the bathroom, the shower is strong enough and has many accessories.it would be great if the tv was connected to the internet so that you could log in to netflix

I am going to provide a review broken down into categories to try and give you as much information as possible. Thank you for reading. - Check in Check in was extremely easy. We arrived via a ferry and we were greeted as soon as we came off the ferry. It was a very easy walk up to the hotel from the ferry. The check in process was easy and we were provided with lots of helpful information about the property and about Hvar. The first impression was a very positive one. - Rooms The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well laid out. I would not hesitate to go back to Hvar and stay in the same room, it was a home away from home. - Food Breakfast at the property is fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious and prepared daily. There was a great selection of hot options, cold options and pastries delivered right to your table. We were provided with options for dinners each evening and every dinner was incredible. If you enjoy fine dinning, Hvar has many options available! - Area The hotel is located very central to the main area of town. Everything is very walkable including site seeing, restaurants and beaches. There are many spots to go for a swim in the ocean that are close by and if you are looking for a fun afternoon, there is a beach club located about a 10 minute walk from the property that had great cocktails and seating options. - Staff The staff at this property were exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great stay. It feels like you are going to stay with family and they are really trying to ensure you have a great time. - Overall I would highly l recommend this property. The staff, rooms, location and food make this property one of the best that I have stayed at. We loved our stay at Villa Nora last month!! Perfect in everyway....location, room, breakfast, staff!! I can't say enough good things about our 3 night stay here. Natalia and Rosa are so welcoming, made us feel like part of their family. Our room was large and very comfortable, equipped with everything we could want, the breakfast was delicious and served in their lovely patio. We had dinner there one night as well, and that, too, was amazing. When we left we wished we had more time at the wonderful Villa Nora and in lovely Hvar!!!

We stayed one night in this hotel on the 10th Oct. Everything was outstanding. They went out of their way. Breakfast was amazing and our server was wonderful. Location was fantastic. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Natalie and the entire staff were helpful and responsive, going out of the way to make our stay outstanding. Accomodations were first class and location was great. Highly recommend.

We had am absolutely lovely time there. The rooms are amazingly spacious and comfortably furnished and the courtyard is also very nice to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening. The delicious breakfast also deserves an extra mention. The owners, Natalja and Rosa think of absolutely everything and give you a warm welcoming feeling the second you step into the hotel. We definetely intend to come again in future!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Natalija and Rosa were wonderful along with the rest of the staff. The hotel does arrange pickup from the ferry port. The hotel does not have lifts, but they will help carry your luggage up to your room and back down. Our room was on the top floor and consisted of one private bedroom. There was also a large room that had 3 twin beds in one area and a large sitting area in another area of the room. There was a small refrigerator but no kitchen area. We had 1-1/2 bathrooms and the full bathroom was very large with 2 sinks and a very nice shower with good pressure. The breakfast area was very large and consisted of a very hearty breakfast. We ate there three times during our stay and had a different assortment each day. Very delicious and great coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best stay in all of Croatia! In the heart of things, hospitality plus. They aim to please in helping travelers get situated in their rooms, going the extra mile or kilometer as it may be, excellent dinners, deluxe breakfasts and coffees. Room ambiance. Big win for Hvar.

We loved staying here. Hotel is in a Great position and we had a comfortable room en-suite room. Such generous, friendly staff, they could not have done more for us. We stayed half board and the food was freshly prepared and very good! There is some noise from the restaurant below but this was quiet after 11.00pm. We did not find it a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel.
