Amrutha Castle Hotel

Hai Guys, we a group of 8 people stayed in this hotel on 27th Dec 2023. This is the WORST WORST WORST Ever Hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. Please be aware it is not a Three star hotel and should be rated as ZERO STAR HOTEL. The Photos in their website might have been taken long time back while inaugurating the Hotel. Inside the Hotel is terrible. It is better to stay on platform rather than this Hotel. The Rooms are very bad, the mattresses are very very hard and nobody can sleep on them. Food in the restaurant is the worst I have ever tasted. Broken Washbasin, NO HOT WATER, RATS IN THE BASEMENT, The Bathrooms are badly stinking. The Toilet Flush did not work. There was no hot water. This hotel didn't deserve the amount we paid. The Hotel people are biggest cheaters and they don't have any concern about the customers. Please avoid this WORST WORST WORST HOTEL. Thanks.

Worst experience booked from country club if they say this is there best property then don’t know how worst will be there average property. Leakages in washroom ceiling and below wash basin. All furniture broken. U will see wall when you open window forget about the view. Oyo rooms will be better than this i feel.

In every online portals and media, we can see Amrutha Castle is very beautiful heritage property and its swimming pool was the highlight. But when we going to check in the hotel, we get third rate rooms and services. The rooms were looks like lodge and washrooms are damn dirty. Attaching photos.

I am a member of country club. I have visited on member basis. Everything is very bad. No one take care here. Don't come here.They are fraud. They provided very bad towel and linen. The staff is not skilled. If you call any number, no one will pick the phone.

Extremely horrible..... Cockroaches running in bathroom..... hot water issue....poor room service..... lazy staff..... The only good thing is quality of food. Door mats not provided resulted into dirty and wet room floor.

The only Good thing about this hotel is its location and its view from outside.Other than this do not expect anything room were dirty and Plenty of cockroaches. We changed the room but the same condition was with other room.My suggestion would be to book any other hotel apart from this if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Worst of everything… Should never have a stay here…. Waste of money.. Old style and extremely dirty rooms.. The staffs were very rude… Food was below average Bathrooms were not clean We expected a lot more than this, It may look pretty on the outside But, it’s filthy inside.. Not recommended…

This Hotel being in Hyderabad City should improve in ***y areas such as , Food facilities and House keeping and Room Facilities. Only positive point is Rooms are spacious like suite but facility is not up to the level of requireent.
