We had a lovely stay, the Team was very helpful and friendly, and everyone we came across was very welcoming. The hotel provided great value for money. The buffet restaurant provided a good variety of dishes, only issue was occasionally having to wait in long queues at busy times, for main course items to be cooked. On one evening the chef on the "show cooking" section was trying to cook 5 different items from scratch, resulting in long waits. In the restaurant, the Team clears plates, glasses etc, onto a trolley in the middle of the restaurant, which is not great to see, having a trolley at the side of your table on occasions, with food waste and dirty cutlery. There needs to be a screen, behind which the trolley is stored. The standard of cleaning around the hotel in public areas was excellent, however, our bedrooom 505, needs more attention to detail cleaning and maintenance in the bathroom. The bathroom needs upgrading, the walk-in shower door is not attached to the bottom runner, dirty poorly applied maskin around the shower base and the tile grouting has black mould in places. The corners in the bathroom need a deep clean. Please do not let these minor issues put you off, the Team, the service, the views etc outweigh these issues.
