Lovely hotel with great staff and amazing views. All inclusive offers great value. We visited out of main season and had the beach almost to ourselves but still had the sunshine. Trip by ferry to formentera is recommended, and this stops just opposite the hotel. There is a little path to the beach at the side of the hotel making it easy to access the town and beach

We stayed for 4 days - we had upgraded to a sea view room. The room was a bit dated, simple and clean. we had a safe and fridge (with 2 tins of water - not restocked during our stay). The bed was not the greatest, portable on wheels. The whole hotel could do with a bit of investment and TLC. Overall it ticked the boxes for what we wanted and was slightly above average for our stay and is ideal for a short stay, although I wouldn't want to stay more than 4 or 5 days. The food was ok - repetitive, but there was always something to eat. The hotel is in a lovely location, just a shame about the aging hotel itself. There are some lovely walks nearby (one just behind the hotel). I wouldn't want to stay here in high season.

We had a lovely stay, the Team was very helpful and friendly, and everyone we came across was very welcoming. The hotel provided great value for money. The buffet restaurant provided a good variety of dishes, only issue was occasionally having to wait in long queues at busy times, for main course items to be cooked. On one evening the chef on the "show cooking" section was trying to cook 5 different items from scratch, resulting in long waits. In the restaurant, the Team clears plates, glasses etc, onto a trolley in the middle of the restaurant, which is not great to see, having a trolley at the side of your table on occasions, with food waste and dirty cutlery. There needs to be a screen, behind which the trolley is stored. The standard of cleaning around the hotel in public areas was excellent, however, our bedrooom 505, needs more attention to detail cleaning and maintenance in the bathroom. The bathroom needs upgrading, the walk-in shower door is not attached to the bottom runner, dirty poorly applied maskin around the shower base and the tile grouting has black mould in places. The corners in the bathroom need a deep clean. Please do not let these minor issues put you off, the Team, the service, the views etc outweigh these issues.

First, the good bits the staff are brilliant and the food is excellent. April is a great time to come, weather lovely and resort quiet. Some of the shops weren’t open in the village but this is due to the season just starting. Lovely location and very quiet. Good local bus to Ibiza Town every day for €3. Not so good. Check in was so slow, there was a big party that arrived as we did and I was a solo traveller and was ignored and had to ask for someone to check me in. I waited for 45 mins. The initial room I was given (118) was very noisy as the foyer noise travels up the stairs and also the lift was really squeaky. I was moved pretty quickly along the corridor but be mindful if you are allocated this in high season.Tip! Don’t pay for all inclusive through your travel provider, upgrade when you get here, it’s much cheaper!

This all inclusive hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable with balconies, there are a selection of views but the whole area is very pretty being alongside a cove, surrounded by trees. There are many seating areas with Bali beds, sun loungers and tables and chairs and you can easily find a nice place to relax. You can access the sea from the hotel or a short few mins walk will get you to the sandy beach. The pool and jacuzzi were clean, there was also table tennis and pool table available. The food was fresh and good quality with a great selection, staff were available for table service drinks. The entertainment was good, our group particularly enjoyed the sax player. The pool bar was great, with a good selection of drinks and snacks, the staff were really friendly which made for a nice atmosphere. Yoga and pilates classes were good too. All of the staff at the hotel were really welcoming and friendly and made the stay at the hotel an enjoyable experience. I would recommend a stay here, great value for money.

We arrived Saturday 30th September. We were absolutely stunned by our amazing deluxe room with the whirl pool and the beautiful view we had!The staff explained they leave the whirl pool empty till we get there as then we can see we have clean water. (Other reviews are complaining its empty! They fill it when you get there!!). The Saturday afternoon we went down to the bar where there was a man on a Saxophone, he was brilliant and got us up dancing. The hotel is kept clean and the staff are friendly. There is a nice restaurant choice in the bay with a few bars. Would recommend Can nuts for Tapas. Its hidden round the corner. Regina does a nice Paella. Beach bar does good music and open till late evening. We would definitely come back to this lovely bay and have the same hotel

The cleaning was top notch and friendliness was absolutely superb. The food was exquisite. The location, however it was offbeat from all activities. The activities they offered was minimal. They didn’t have a Jacuzzi or offered any credit the inconvenience. While the website indicated they had a shuttle for local activities they didn’t nor did they have a spa or souvenir shop. It was average not 4 or 5 star.

We had a lovely time. This was a family holiday with our adult children and it was perfect for us. We had 2 rooms, a suite and a deluxe double and we were given sea views in both rooms which were next door to each other on the 5th floor. Beautiful views over the bay and both rooms very clean with linen and towels changed every day. Bathrobes and slippers also in wardrobe, water in fridge. We love Cala Llonga and have visited many times but it was our first time at this hotel and I’d love to come back. The food was great, good food, lots of choice and a different theme every day. No junk - we ate well, some lovely healthy options, great breakfast with loads of choice. Connie in the restaurant was so welcoming and all the staff were really friendly and chatty. We loved that everyone greeted us ‘family’ as it was mostly couples, we found that very warm. The drinks on all inclusive were fab and there was table service in the evenings and our glasses were kept full. I’m not a fan of entertainment but really enjoyed everything particularly the guy playing the sax and the Friday night entertainment which was a fab end to our week. The lady that ran the entertainment is very committed to her job, and we really enjoyed her daily quiz -(and the sangria when we won!) The pool was lovely, with a good view of the bay and I liked the tiered levels for the sun beds. My only gripe was that most sun beds had towels on early morning and I observed that many people didn’t lay on them until lunch time. Greedy in my opinion particularly as some of us would have liked a turn in the morning before it got really hot. Can’t get my head round the sun bed greediness but no reflection on the hotel. All in all a fantastic holiday in a hotel worthy of its star rating.
