Good value, location is better than the chain hotels, nearby pizza house CONA is a great surprise. 好食抵食、good service。人地鄉下地方的pizza是歐洲專業水準，真想叫香港那些貴餐廳去自我檢討下，良心都冇?!

It was said online that this hotel had a large bathroom and it was posted at the front desk. When I actually went there, there was no water in the big bathroom and I could only take a cold shower.
There was hardly anyone at the front desk. When I called, I was told "please wait a moment" and had to wait another 10 minutes. Also, the way they said it was very high pressure.
I can't understand it! I will not stay there again.

Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap.

特に努力を重ねているホテルとは思いませんが、不快になる要素も特になく必要があれば次回も利用したいと思います。唯一、好感を持ったのは翌朝チェックアウト前に挨拶を交わした女性従業員で、初めはホテルの女将かと思いましたが、清掃を担当されていました。小雨が降っていたので、傘を貸してくださり、真心のある応対が気持ち良かったです。おそらくホテルの教育ではなく、本人の資質ではないかと推測します。これら総合して評価するならば、普通、もしくはやや良好となります。

ビジネスで利用するには必要十分な利便性を提供している。駅まで徒歩約３分。中心街なので店舗数もそこそこ有り、夕食時には何を食べるか迷うかもしれない。なお、自家用車での利用については、無料駐車場はホテル玄関から左へ出て、グルリと建物の裏側へ回った位置にある。

可愛らしく親しみを込めて接してくださる女将さんが素敵でした。部屋や建物はシンプルですが全て揃っていますし、清掃も行き届いていました。駅や飲食店、コンビニに近いのも魅力的で、松本市でホテルを探すよりこちらの方がいいことも多かったです。
それと、共同浴場のお風呂がとても大きくて大満足でした。足を全て伸ばしても余裕でスペースが残るほど広いお風呂でした。

ビジネス・観光にも バス・トイレ・無料駐車場・ベットが二つでゆったり、お隣のホテルの中サイズの浴場も利用できて、女将の対応も良く宿泊は（夕・朝食なし）の設定ですが大変良心的価格で利用価値あり。
