I hired Amaltas Catering for a family function and I was very impressed by their service. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. They arrived on time, set up everything quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They also accommodated all our dietary preferences and special requests. I would highly recommend Amaltas Catering to anyone looking for a reliable and quality food catering service.

This hotel still exudes bit of old world charm. Rooms are big and well appointed. However, bathrooms need immediate deep cleaning, electric appliances need either maintenance or replacement. However, buffet breakfast was very good. The confectionery corner is also interesting. The hotel is open, airy, bright, centrally located and parking was comfortable.

The hotel is not worth money... i have paid 3585 for one night including breakfast...which was not worth at all...the room was so so cozy and old fashioned and smelling like it would not have been used since long... The washroom was not clean enough... Even the breakfast spread was so oily and didn't include so much of variety in it... Have a look at the dirty pictures of room view... It's just one good thing about the hotel is its prime location in the city...

Hotel Amar Vilas is a second home for us. We usually travel by road and halt in Indore on our way to Pune. The rooms are clean and maintained hygiene of washrooms is impeccable. The staff is ever ready to help. The services are promptly done. The owner of the hotel Mr. Kabir Arora personally takes care of any party or function organized in the hotel. We have organized certain get togethers here and Mr. Kabir was more than happy to help us make the get together the best one. The food is delicious and he menu offers Continental, Chinese, Mughlai n everything u could ask for.

Do not book any event at this hotel! My recent experience was beyond terrible. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. They mislead me during the booking process, and when I had to cancel my reservation, they refused to refund my payment. Furthermore, they pressured me to use their own vendors for events when I had my own setup. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise against booking with them in the future." Overall, my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. They did not provide any kind of customer service whatsoever, and their business practices are extremely questionable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Spread the word - this hotel should not be in business.
