Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside)

The staff especially Haden and Jack, really go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as good as it can be! Offering local layout of the land, and sorting parking while being booked in. Being in the restaurant, offering fast service with hot food! Great attentive service, would recommend.

Room 309 window to left of TV doesn't seal when closed,which means you hear traffic noise all through the night and bus depot first thing in morning,also TV in room 310 is directly behind your head when in bed so if you have an inconsiderate neighbour who does late night TV viewing till 2 am can be very annoying

We spent two nights at the Quayside premier inn and to be honest it was spoilt because our room 415 was very warm we opened the window the two inches that it allowed but still hot,the air conditioning was doing nothing mainly because it was not switched on and when we asked about it we were told it was tempremental.Also the quayside does not really have much going on.

Lovely to be by the quayside! Room: clean & comfortable. Shower & bed - very nice. Couldn’t control the room temperature very well so was a bit hot. I could have contacted reception but couldn’t spare the time to get it sorted. No bar which was disappointing. Fun fact: easy to get Deliveroo delivered after restaurant shuts.

We stayed in an accessible room due to my husband being in a wheelchair. The room was perfect with enough room to manoeuvre around, plenty of space near the bed. Doors were wider and we notice emergency pull cords if we needed them. The bathroom was great too, we went for the room with a bath which was low as stated with grab rails all over the bathroom. It was easy for my husband to get in and out the bath and use the facilities. We slept rather well and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again in fact we are already booked to go back in September. Highly recommended for wheelchair users.

Situated near the Quay, which in itself seems to be in a run down part of the town. Usual Premier Inn room, but that's where it stops. The bar/restaurant is extremely small. They only had a very limited (microwaveable I'm guessing) menu, as they didn't have a chef on. This brings me to breakfast. One of things I like about Premier Inn is their breakfast. Not so in this case. The choice wasn't very good, a frantic experience trying to get undercooked sausages and barely cooked bacon. All in all, not a nice stay at all. Cannot fault the staff though, as they seem to be overworked, and probably under-appreciated.

What sets this Premier Inn apart from other is consistently the high level of customer service, lovely friendly helpful people work here, all of the treat and especially Jack who sets the bar high. As a love traveller I really appreciate the kindness.

This business wth the diamond on the menu making most meals more expensive by 1.50 didnt get that as i had prebooked and everything paid for but it was the diamond or nothing don't hve that in premiere inn also the duet wad not warm enough and tge heater invthe ceilingvcdnt work it by a panel set in the wall breakfast was good wdnt mind going there again but we prefer premiere inn however I liked the location and the view from my room
