Amazing hotel, just what I needed for a short break. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean and the bathroom 😍 had everything I needed including water, tea and coffee sachets and a kettle. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with loads of choices as well as offering eggs made you your specifications. There’s nothing I can fault about this hotel and would highly recommend it.

very nice hotel located at taksim close to istiklal street and public transport, good variety of breakfast , rooms are larger thn most of the rooms i stayed before. Strongly recommend it for couples and families .

Hotel location is ok But unprofessional on room service Even they charge for Coffee & tea pouches that they deliver to room Breakfast is very basic They called the Driver & put commission & Driver over charged us 200 lira So I stayed in Ramada in the same Vicinity that's much better For same price we can get better options

Hotel is very dirty from the toilet to the rooms, ans very dusty you can't breath from the dust, employees are not friendly, it's a shame, this hotel was one of the best in Taksim. The level of cleanliness in the room is below 0, i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It,s terrible. The rooms are dirty and old. Staff's don't clean the room. It has no facility in rooms. The breakfast is so bad. Only the location is good because it is near too taksim. And it has no wifi in our room . Reception do nothing for us . I did'ny feel comfortable in this hotel.

Dirty room offered upon arrival everything so old dirty. Went down right away but they didn’t have any room available but promised next morning

We booked 2 NONSMOKING connecting rooms, but the rooms smelled smoke so badly that even with windows open we couldn't stay there. We had to relocate.
