Everything in the restaurant is very tasty, from the national one I highly recommend taban (thick fluffy pancakes with options for additives, I had the simplest one, no onions, no meat) and perepechi (open mini pies with different fillings). Fruit drinks are delicious. Desserts include milk jelly, almost panna cotta. The interior is soulful, a log house made of huge logs, a wheel under the ceiling and all that

При заселении нам посоветовали Бобровую долину, как место, где можно познакомиться с удмуртской кухней. Долина не далеко от центра Ижевска, однако выглядит как уголок деревни среди городских кварталов. Деревянные дома, поленницы дров, печка на улице, а вокруг город. Когда ехали на такси, был вопрос, а куда мы едем... В воскресный день нам повезло, нашлось свободное место. В ресторане полная загрузка. Внутри соответствующий интерьер: много дерева, предметов интерьера "из деревни", стол с банками с соленьями, рукомойник. Интуитивно выбрали блюда из удмуртской кухни, интуиция не подвела. Вкусно, сытно, интересно. Вернулись бы сюда ещё раз? Однозначно, да.
