Wonderful hotel, very clean, comfortable and great location.
The front desk staff was just lovely and made us feel very welcomed and helped us with parking our bicycles in a secure and sheltered area.
100% would come back.

The room is small and clean. The hotel is very close to Ueda Castle Park. It is very convenient to walk there for cherry blossom viewing. The service staff are very warm and polite. It is worth staying.

I was able to spend a very comfortable and enjoyable time. The appearance is not business-like and the staff at the front desk are very responsive and even ask you to bring as many amenities as you need. Since I was returning from the beach, the lotion was really helpful. It was convenient because it was within the city center and I had to process my parking ticket every time I went out. The only thing I can say is that the parking lot is only a short walk away. I stayed on a plan that included breakfast, but it was great to be able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with the whole family. I would like to go again for another night!
