A luxurious ryokan built on a narrow steep valley. Entrance floor at the top and elevator down to your room. Clean and seemed no more than 5 years from what seemed a major reform. Nice large communal onsen bath with Roten (outdoor) bath along the cliff. Best part was the entrance, layout, and decor of the dining room. Semi-private separated by sudare curtains. Wonderful selection of china and pottery used in serving a long, delicious kaiseki meal, complemented with a wide choices of local sake... We tried the tasting set that broadened our palate through the evening. If visiting nearby Kutani-ware sites/museums, the onsen is a short drive away. Beautiful countryside

Clean and stylish rooms that are thoroughly cleaned, staff members who are attentive while maintaining a safe distance from each other, and beautiful and delicious kaiseki cuisine made with the master chef's taste.Always clean. The large public bath and open-air bath are well-equipped with towels and supplies. I enjoyed my first a la carte kaiseki meal and chose the menu, and the seasoning and presentation were perfect. Also, my husband is Italian, but he's not used to having rice, miso soup, and fish in the morning, so I asked him if he could switch to a Western breakfast if possible, and he kindly agreed. I had a Japanese breakfast on the first day, but my husband's Western breakfast was also very appealing, so I asked him the day before if I could have a Western breakfast on the second day, even though I knew it would be impossible. I was able to enjoy a Japanese breakfast on the first day and a Western breakfast on the second day. Not only were the colors and presentation of the ingredients beautiful, but everything I ate was truly delicious. Everything was perfect. thank you very much.

Unfortunately, the rooms were old and hadn't been renovated for a long time, making it difficult to use the inn.The restaurant had been renovated and was clean, but considering the rooms, I don't think it's worth the high price. The food... , it's a system where you make your own choices after being shown to your room. I think it would be easier to understand if I included a photo of this one. It's confusing if you're not used to it. The food was delicious as it was freshly prepared, but it was served elsewhere in the restaurant. The separation between the two rooms is vague, and the voices of people sitting in other seats are noisy, so it is not comfortable for people who want to eat quietly. The restaurant cannot be called a high-class inn.

This is my 4th visit with my husband. When I entered the entrance, I was puzzled by the renewal of the feeling like a modern interior salone. The room was well cleaned, and I took a nap with the scent of my favorite tatami mats. It was great to be able to take a relaxing bath in both the bath and the open-air bath. I went to the dining room with high hopes for the food, and started eating with draft beer. Has our tongue changed? I felt that the saltiness of the bowl was strong and the soup stock was thin. Are you iron deficient? I will revisit after eating stir-fried liver chives.

This is my first time asking. I was able to feel the casual attention of the staff in various situations. Enjoy delicious food in a nice dining room and feel full of happiness. The coffee in the lobby was also exceptional.

・This time I used it as a couple. I used it with my family before, but I was thinking of using it when my husband and I were relaxing.・Dinner was a la carte kaiseki, all of which were delicious and made me feel happy. Until now, I used it in winter, but this time I chose summer ingredients, and the conger eel left an impression. In addition, we think that usability has improved as ordering has been changed from a paper-based system to a tablet-based menu selection.・I look forward to breakfast every time, and this time it was the best breakfast that did not disappoint. In order to enjoy breakfast, Hanamurasaki is careful not to drink too much.・This time, I experienced the rebranding of Hanamurasaki and experienced a new teahouse. In the evening, I spent about an hour relaxing with tea and alcohol. Time passed slowly, including the space.・Compared to before, you can now enjoy a new time other than cooking and taking a bath, so I think it would be better to check in early if you can enjoy the tea ceremony in addition to the à la carte kaiseki menu selection. rice field. Personally, I was very satisfied with the balance of time I spent cooking, taking a bath, and spending time at the teahouse.・I just finished, but when can I come again next time? I am talking with my husband and wife. I had a great vacation.

I used it for GW. I was worried about traveling due to the corona wreck, but I was able to spend my time with peace of mind because the infection control in the hotel was thorough, disinfecting sheets were prepared for the washbasins in the large public baths, and consideration was given to the common areas. The staff's customer service was also thorough, such as "not riding in the elevator and giving a short explanation." In terms of service, the staff who provided room information and dinner service were excellent, and their attention to detail was natural, and I felt their hospitality. The meal was an elaborate menu using seasonal ingredients, but it was not as good as the delicate and elegant kaiseki cuisine, and the taste was a little unsophisticated. It was a little disappointing. That said, the Kutani ware and Yamanaka lacquerware that was served was wonderful and I was able to enjoy it with my eyes. If I have a revisit, I would like to choose a la carte kaiseki because the seafood was fresh and delicious. In the guest room, the washroom and toilet were the latest equipment, but there are many steps in the room and it is not barrier-free, so elderly people need to be careful. In terms of security, I felt inconvenient in managing the key because the room door is not an auto-lock but a cylinder lock and the safety box is old-fashioned. It seems that the lobby floor will be renovated at the end of GW, but the guest rooms and large public baths are still retro Showa era.
