A lovely stay in a ryokan. The room was very large, the onsen facilities were great and it was easy to check in with very polite and helpful staff.
The meals were great - very traditional Japanese food and a great way to try lots of new foods and explore the Japanese culture. An essential part of the Japanese experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Eating a large amount of dinner is a matter of training. You can take the leftover food back to your room. The hot spring was only an indoor bath and it was not flowing directly from the source, but you can go to the Azumaya main building to take a bath. The facilities in the room are not so complete, but it was good considering the cost performance. Unfortunately there was no hair dryer in the room! *Since I am a smoker, it was nice to be able to smoke in the room.

Dinner was much better than I imagined. There was meat and sashimi, and I was very satisfied with the number and quantity. Even when ordering drinks, they talked to my child in a friendly manner, and I felt the hospitality that is unique to Japan.
