娘の大学受験に2泊3日の予定で予約をしましたが、後日一泊追加で予約することになり3泊4日利用させて頂きました。2泊予定の部屋が空いていなかったため1泊は別の部屋を利用する予定でしたが調整して頂き3日間とも同じ部屋へ宿泊させて頂きました。ひとりで宿泊、受験と緊張をしていた娘ですがモーニングコールの依頼にも快く引き受けてくださったり帰りには「また遊びに来てくださいね」とお手紙を
添えてくれるなど心暖まるおもてなしに感謝です。
ありがとうございました。
また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

The pricing was amazing, it was very clean and the staff was kind. 1 person room was tiny, and the location was not the greatest.

金沢駅から犀川沿いに南下したところにある綺麗でおしゃれなホテルです。スタッフの方々がとても親切です（海外からの観光客の方々への対応も慣れている様子でした）。お部屋も綺麗で、コンパクトでありながら寝巻やベッド脇の小さな机、冷蔵庫があったりと設備も充実しています。そしてなんといっても地元の食材を使った朝食がとにかく美味しいです（目の前の犀川を眺めながら食事ができます）。また金沢に来る際は是非利用したいと思います。スタッフさんは常駐していないので、疑問点がある際はメールで問い合わせると良いかと思います。

狭いお部屋ですみません、とスタッフの方が非常に気を遣って下さいました。私は一泊の利用で荷物も少なかったですし、充分な広さでした。センスの良いお部屋で、とても快適でした。朝食もとても美味しかったです。また是非利用させて頂きたいです。

スタッフの方に気さくに話しかけていただいて優しい気持ちになりました。中心地からやや離れた場所の施設になりますが片町からはギリギリ徒歩圏内であり、何より川沿いであるため豊かな自然が感じられます。朝食もバランスよくてとても美味しかったです。次もサラサソに泊まりたいと思います。お世話になりありがとうございます😊

金沢には宿泊税が必要ですが、現金かPAYPAYのみでの支払いとのことで、200円のために万札を崩すことになりました。外国や都会からの来客も多いと思うので、電子マネーにもう少し対応してもらいたいです。また、川沿いで仕方ないと思うのですがチェックイン時、ドアに大きな虫が何匹かいて、気持ちが沈みました。対策を講じて頂きたいです。他はこのコストに対して問題はなかったです。ありがとうございました。
