What a great find. Yes it has it issues particularly with morning power cuts but the rooms, the staff, the service and above all the views make it worth it. Lovely clean spacious room (304). Overlooking the Himalayas this place is jus blissfully quite far away from the honking horns elsewhere. Food is local freshly prepared and very tasty. Will return back here.

We have made a booking from 17th Jun 2023 to 21st June 2023 and paid entire amount upfornt. Due to some reason our 2 year daughter fell critically ill and we could not visit. therefore we requested refund which they did not entertain even in case of medical emergency rather they gave us extension till Aug 2023 , both Jul and aug had floods landslides , we requested for a date in October given the situation in Himachal but they denied it outright. Overall please donot book this hotel upfront rather book on the day of your visit, else loose your hard earned money in case of medical emergency and natural calamities they don't entertain and understand guest point of view

We stayed for 2 nights in Quartz Himalayan brothers. The property is a bit away from main Dharamshala town and hence very peaceful. It has awesome views of the majestic Dhauladhar Range as the backdrop. The rooms were spacious and very neat and clean. The restaurant serves awesome tasty food. However, one aspect of this hotel which is outstanding is the amazing quality of service. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. They always greet you with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Dharamshala

Mesmerizing mountain view!! Located in crowded area yet has serene view with nature. Food was below average especially breakfast should definetly avoid. Instead recommend Taste of Tibet which is in walking distance. Nearby there is Norbulingka Monastery and Institute recommend to visit

Stayed with kids and loved the place. Very very beautiful view and peaceful stay next to Norbilingka Monestery. Food was good and staff always helpful. But the rooms were rundown and electricity kept on going in our room all the time. It was only when we told the front desk staff that we will withhold payment, they got it fixed. Hope they can revamp the rooms a bit and then it is a perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in this beautiful city.

Located off the Norbulingka Museum, A quiet and serene place for a leisurely stay! Excellently landscaped and designed, the property gives a feeling of peace! Rooms are well appointed with standard room amenities- Neat and Clean with great views! Excellent food - good spread at Breakfast and Dinner! And, best part is their warm hospitality!!

Great place to plan your get together with your families. My uncle's family from Nepal visited us after 3 years. So we decided to go somewhere new and have a good time. The hotel has nice lawn, they serve good food and have friendly staff. We had a really good time there.

We reached the hotel after a day of travelling, and found it to be very comfortable. The staff was especially kind and lovely, which added to the experience of the hotel. We were upgraded very kindly to a superior room with a balcony and mountain view, which was a great surprise for us! Worth the money, amazing food, and an overall good experience. Would highly recommend this place.

I would definitely like to visit Quartz Himalayan Brothers Hotel again for a vacay. Staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Room views as splendid. The property has ample space for children to play and lawns are well maintained.
