It's right in front of the central station, so it's great for late arrivals.
It is operated like a restaurant (or pub), so when the pub is busy, the staff doesn't care.

I booked a single room and I got a so called "Appartment" with a big room at least 7 beds a kitchen and a cradle(!), no mirror. I was not a nice atmosphere. Moreover, there was no hotel reception and I had to wait at the reception in the restaurant for several minutes. The gentleman here was not friendly at all.

Check in and check out was so easy. When I lost my card key they just gave me a new one without any problem. Super kind and easy check in process! The rooms were large and spacious. Directly across train station! Convenient!

The toilett of room 16 smelled of sewerage.
Dust on TV.
A lot of noise from outside - the restaurant and some kind of machine.
The ventilator was defect and made a lot of noise.
Cleaning team made not a very professional impression.

Comfortable apartment with good beds. Location is excellent, area is busy, but windows isolate well.
Our apartment had a kitchen, but it was badly equipped. No coffeemachine (though the instant coffee was excellent), no microwave. No usable pans; lots of knives and forks, no spoons. Fridge had no shelves, so everything had to be piled up. Bathroom was nice and new. Would we stay there again? Perhaps.
