The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

There is nothing to say about the hotel service. If you call the hotel in advance, you can arrange a shuttle bus. Although it is not close to the ski resort, the room is large and comfortable. My favorite thing is to go to the big bath and take a bath after I come back every day. Clean and rich in toiletries. Breakfast is optional every day, Japanese breakfast is recommended. The only complaint I made was because the hair dryer in the bathroom suddenly caught fire after sparks came out while using it. I called the front desk immediately and the waiter quickly came to replace it and apologized constantly. It may be caused by aging of the wires caused by no one using it for a long time. Old Karuizawa is not a big place, so living here is very convenient for shopping and skiing.

The hotel is very old, but the location is very good and convenient for travel. The hotel's breakfast is OK, but the hot spring pool is actually a small bathing pool, there is no hot spring smell at all, even the Japanese soak first and then take a shower.

It was wonderful. I was concerned that there were a lot of Chinese people, but the room was spacious and clean, and all drinks and snacks in the room were free. There aren't many dishes for breakfast at 9am, so I recommend going early. I will definitely stay there next time!

I went there in the off-season. There is a Mercedes-Benz shuttle service to and from Karuizawa Station. There are hot springs, delicious breakfast, a variety of beverages in the refrigerator in the room, a large bathroom space, and very good service at the hotel counter. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity

It was a very beautiful hotel with excellent customer service.
I stayed for several nights, but the bed making was perfect and the service was good.
