I have so many questions on how this hotel is considered a ‘4*’ hotel based on the experiences we encountered. Ill explain my reasons below. After a long evening of travel, me and my partner were so disappointed with the facilities and the service received. Two single beds in the standard room. The beds were the most uncomfortable things we’ve ever slept on. We were also only supplied with one pillow each, which was just as flat as a pancake. When we asked for another one at reception, we were told ‘standard room, only one’. The abruptness and rudeness wasnt the best start to our week stay. During our week stay, we were provided with fresh towels on one occassion, but no fresh bedding the whole time. The wardrobe door fell off. The balcony door didn’t lock (the balcony is that small only one person could sit out there). Within the whole week of staying at this ‘4* hotel’ we managed to have 1 shower, as there was no hot water. Despite bringing this to their attention on multiple times, we kept being told the same response to wait ‘5 hours; no maintenance’ or they said they didn’t understand English. Overall, no help whatsoever. The food was just abysmal. As we were all inclusive we expected to be eating at the hotel for our meals. However the selection is poor. I reccommend anyone with allergies or intolerances to avoid eating here, as none of the food is labelled so you’re unable to know what it is. The food certainly doesn’t resemble what they say it is either. You get a basic and bland choice of 4 hot dishes which is usually rice and some form of meat in a sauce or fish. And the rest is salad. The selection of drinks are also poor, vodka, white wine, red wine or beer. Which also finishes at 10pm. The entertainment provided was Turkish dancing one day a week. I felt as if this hotel had a dislike for British people. This was clear based on our previous encounters and also at the bar as despite queuing longer than others, we were served last. The restaurant staff were intimidating, and rude. This holiday was absolutely shocking and I can say we wouldn’t return to this hotel, nor recommend any of our friends or family to. The only pros for this hotel was the location which was about a 5 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the air con.

Just spent a week at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The food is absolutely amazing - breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and cakes, and evening meal. Truly all inclusive for drinks (soft and alcoholic) 10am-10pm. But such a laid-back, relaxed place. Helped by the wonderful surroundings and the early July sun. Rooms kept immaculate, fresh bedding and towels every day. Pool is so clean, and as a Brit travelling the language barrier may put off some if problems are encountered, not here. My air-con packed-up on the first night (and it is a necessity here), no problem. Within 10 minutes of reporting it, had a new room with working air-con and helpers to move my stuff if needed. Location is perfect, a (slow in the heat) 15 minute walk into the heart of Kemer and it's amazing beaches.

Even it is an ALL inclusive hotel you will not feel this as properly and facts which prove that are listed below: - Wifi surcharge; - Food - on certain time you have to go for food (no snaks between): Breackfast from 8 - 10 Lunch from 12.30 - 13.30 Afternoon tea 16.30 - 17.30 Dinner 19.30 - 21.00 - Drinks - very limited range of free drinks. Free drinks include beer, wine and vodka. If you want some coctails you have to pay. - Beach - there is a public beach which is very unsefty as there are too many thefts around (it is not an exagerration). Additionally, I need to point out that it is a stone beach so very uncomfortable laying down without a beach chair, so you have to pay 15TRY per beach chair/one stay, not one day. If you go in the morning and take a beach chair for 15 TRY for 2 hours stay, later when you return again they ask to pay anotehr 15 TRY for one beach chair/one stay. - The pool swimm - its allowed to be in use just from 7 to 19, no earlier no later.

Me and my girlfriend spent 2 weeks in hotel. Very good value for money (all inclusive). The hotel is near to the city (5 min walk to the nearest shops) and near to the beach (10 min walk). You can choose between city beach (15 TL/day) or private (hotel) beaches (from 45TL to 100TL/day). Hotel also has its own swimming pool which is very clean and you can allways find free sunbeds. There is a bar at the swimming pool. Man at reception (his name is Max) was allways ready to help us with information. Rooms have balcony and are cleaned every day, towels also changed every day. Food is very tasty. You can choose among different kinds of salami, cheese, omlettes, fruit, main dishes, salats,.... At lunch and dinner there is also soup. Personel is very friendly and professional. Once a week there is dinner at the pool terrace and music with DJ. I would like to say thanks to personel of the hotel and I hope we see again. Boris from Slovenia and Natalia from Samara (Russia).

Good afternoon! We chose a hotel for quite a long time, we settled on this because of the good rating for the location and good reviews about the food. Briefly - not worth it, but tried to ignore during the rest. Now about everything in order. We arrived late (like everyone from Moscow, because late departure). When checking in, they didn’t even give water, they first settled in a room with 2 connected beds (we are a couple, such a sleeping place is uncomfortable), then they gave a room with a shared bed on the ground floor near the toilet (the toilet was not a problem, but the location above the "restaurant" there was another problem - at 7.20-7.30 in the morning the staff began to prepare for breakfast, rattled appliances and talked very loudly.) The room is tiny, towels are changed every day, but there was a question about their cleanliness, the floor was not washed for us, the door near the room was somehow thin, did not fit snugly, because of this, almost everything that happens at the reception / by the pool was heard. THERE IS NO HOT WATER ALMOST ALL DAY. You bathe a little warm and hope to get an hour or two of hot water around 7 pm. The staff is not boorish, but not friendly, does not know the answer to any questions, strongly recommends the services of his friend with excursions. WiFi is paid but good. It is a mystery to me why at such a price of the tour it is impossible to sew up its cost in accommodation. In terms of food - breakfasts are not bad, but super monotonous, fortunately, McDonald's and Starbucks are nearby, you can diversify the morning with a bun. Lunches and dinners are average, not 4ku, even on a Turkish night it was tasteless. There are fruits - watermelons, melons, plums and peaches, tasteless sweets, baklava was once - on a Turkish night, the next day they ate the leftovers. The wine is terrible, the beer is tolerable, they did not dare to draw water from the coolers, they bought bottled water. Powdered juices, powdered coffee, delicious brewed tea only during breakfast/lunch/dinner. The hotel is quiet, because. no animation, no private beach, no beach towels. Nice area by the pool to wait out the heat in the shade, good location - there is Migros within walking distance, a stop to Antalya/Kiris. There is an experience of 5k in Side and 3k in Marmaris, it feels like the hotel is a weaker C grade, look for other options, but be guided by the location of Havana.

Went in today and regretted my choice. The hotel does not pull even a modest three-ruble note. Instead of the friendly staff praised in many reviews, I met a gloomy man, hello nothing. I arrived at ten o'clock in the evening, they didn’t feed anything, dinner is over, I’ll go to sleep and I’ll be slimmer and hungry. Gray towels, tiny room with strange doors that close somehow. Wi-Fi is paid well, ok, this is probably not reliable information from the level travel where I took the tour. The TV in the room does not work. The shower is cold. A good start to the holiday. Hungry, dirty and angry. If impressions change, I will update the review.

We were looking for a hotel that was pleasant to stay in, and at an affordable price. Excellent value for money. Made a fresh renovation, comfortable rooms, cleaning every day. Friendly staff. Tasty food. Every day took excursions, so the hotel was only in the evening.

The front desk speaks good English (grade 3,,, is OK)... The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies (we call them pearls in the north) are very, very nice. And attentive...(daily approx. 2 euros tip... flowers on the bed) ;-) Personally, I was born in Lübeck in the gutter....I made it to something. I am very grateful to the kitchen... No 25 types of cheese, no 25 types of jam or types of bread... Breakfast, lunch, dinner... Everything was great! Pool, pool bar, very good... You can do animation (thank goodness, forget it, there isn't)... Bum Bum Bum Music isn't in the background. Very good........And now think about why I,,,,at the pool with a book in my hand,,, fell asleep 5 times a day?......Because I get my rest here would have !!! Nothing for chicks as wives. Normal women find peace here and they know where their husbands are (at the pool at the bar) I'll be back... For 14 days I have 700 bez.
