What a surprise! This felt like an apartment, not a hotel. We checked in late not knowing that there were office hours, but the guard on duty got us checked in and had all the patience in the world. We did not prepare for swimming in December, but their pool is heated and open 24 hours. We slept like logs and we don't even sleep like that at home! We will be back as we frequent Disney often.

Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. The AC didn’t cool as much as we wanted, but overall it was a great stay.

My goodness the villa should I say was wonderful all that was need was there. Jacuzzi tub and patio was all I needed. Will stay again price was good to

It was a nice stay and staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean but the floors were not. I didnt know until I walk around barefoot. They were obviously not mopped. Plenty of towels and a nice pool area.
