This hotel is not well represented by the pictures on the website. The rooms are much less bright and airy. However, the rooms and clean and quiet and very close to good restaurants, shopping and the many boats to visit other cities on the lake.

This is a wonderful hotel: welcoming, well-run, centrally-located with excellent views of the lake and city from its cozy rooms w/ decks and the 8th floor patio where magnificent free breakfast buffets are served each morning and drinks can be purchased each night. Most of all, it is the people of Viva Sky we’ll miss after a very satisfying week’s stay. The staff is uniformly hospitable, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Cleaners, servers, reception personnel all deserve our deep thanks and appreciation for making our visit so happy and comfortable.

very clean, comfortable , quiet room at the heart of Konstanz. 3-5 minute walk to parking lots ; restaurants ; shops. good choices of breakfast. short term parking available at the entrance of the hotel.

From the advanced call to check my arrival time to the final check out, the staff were friendly and efficient. Great breakfast, with wonderful views over the city and lake. The room was clean, had enough space and everything needed.

The roof terrace is awesome, and the Lebanese restaurant around the corner is fantastic.

We were with you for the 2nd time in March 2022. Always a great pleasure to find your kind team and your superb terrace on the 8th floor. Small problem with the trunk but immediately put into operation. Thank you. Negative point … missing information in French .. Really a shame! But we will come back to you. I really liked this hotel. My room on the 7th floor had a great view over the old town rooftops. All rooms on the 7th floor have terrace access with 2 chairs. In warm weather, that's definitely great. Bärbel from the reception is a piece of gold.
