The property is nice and peaceful, it is away from the centre, but their is a bus to take you thier. I think the rooms do need updating and the buffet restaurant to bring it to 5* and also needs to serve branded drinks which i was told they did before i booked so was abit dissappointed in this.
The pool area is lovely.
I also think it needs water machines so you dont need to queue up for it as the queues where sometimes quite long with 1 person serving.

Restaurant is fair. Sea water was not clean. Pool and beach was too crowded. You have to leave your towel early in the morning. Cocktails and personnel were very good. The hotels is good for family but not for adults.

Overall an very underwhelming experience and the hotel is in no way 5 stars. Only a small portion of the hotel looks like the images, the rest of the facilities are extremely dated and not to the same standard.
The nicer pool area (cluster of pools shown in main images) are far too small for the hotel capacity. No chance of getting a lounger in the nice area of the pool without waking up at 5am to reserve one. The loungers are also filthy and all the grass paroles are ripped. The “spill-over” loungers around the main pool and the other non-pictured pool and the beach are the plastic blue hospital gurney style loungers, incredibly uncomfortable and certainly not in line with the style the hotel wants you to think you are getting.
The food is bland, this is across the main buffet and a la carte, very little seasoning, almost no vegetarian options. The images of the main restaurant show the small outdoor area, unless you want to queue for 30 mins the actually space you’ll eat looks like a school canteen from the 90s, the crockery is grotty and certainly not 5 star. The 3 a la carte restaurants are another case of false advertising, they’re are all locations within one space and the menus are very limited.
Overall would avoid but we had a nice holiday but purely due to the company we keep and the few lovely staff members, shout out to Ennie at the beach bar who is lovely.

Staff friendly can only work with what they have. Rooms basic and extremely noisy in mornings cleaner’s screeching furniture across floors. Buffet food well under par, three restaurants a little better but v average and unreasonable policies.never able to get sun Ed around pool and beach sun Ed’s back breaking.

Super smart hotel owner has a deal with private transportation. So if you need taxi you need to call 2 hours in advance plus! you need to pay the road where thy are coming. We wanted to hang out and wanted to call taxi but this is the answer from reception. Plus they are not offering any transportation from town to hotel. Food ehh not bad :) Cleaning okay.. facilities are old not like in the photos. There was a electrical leakege on the button next to kids pool.. nobody cared about my warning:) FAR FROM EVERYTHING. No entertainment..Staff is so friendly and nice but I hate the mentality of hotel. If you are couple Dont :)

Food was nice, good variety of things to choose from buffet although lots of flies around some of the food sections. Impossible to get a booking in one of the main restaurants. Bar staff were moody, room was nice and clean. Nothing to do close by for walks etc. Most of the evening entertainment was boring.

The pool area and the all inclusive service is great, great food options and drinks, great cocktails and very good a la carte considering its all inclusive. The rooms however need a redo and are not at all 5 star, they are more 3 star. We had a family room with sea view, the sea view and balcony was great, they also had a baby crib and the room was large. But the beds, facilities and bathrooms need to be redone. Overall an ok experience but compared to Mitsis Blue Domes the room and facilities are lacking and in general 3 star not 5 star. Service was friendly though and the pool area was great which made up for some or this. Pool chairs are hard to get though…last ones are gone by 8 am. Probably a better option when it’s not high season. We would stay at Mitsis chain again but not this specific hotel maybe…it all depend on the price and renovations done to the rooms. With room renovations they will be a true 5 star and can charge more. Kids club/room also needs a renovation and was not so clean and good. View from a la carte restaurants is amazing but that’s also newly built so everything newly built is great, the old stuff not so much.
