The 3beds room was spacious and nicely accomodate my family of 4 with 2 childrens together in same room. Everything was newly renovated and the location can't get any better.

It's clean and tidy. There is UCC coffee on the first floor that you can use for free. However, the toilet steps in the room are too high and there is a gap that requires more attention. It's close to shopping streets, tram stops, and department stores, and it's also convenient for eating.

It was a little small, but considering the price, it was more than adequate.

The location is a bit far, about 15 to 20 minutes walk from Kumamoto Station.
But the overall environment of the room is comfortable, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby with unlimited refills👍🏻
The staff has no problem communicating in basic English
