Excellent location and value for money, clean place and friendly staff, very near to train station if visiting Cinque Terre and other places in Liguria. Staff is very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this place if stay in La Spezia

An excellent place, near the train station. The room has all the services and every morning a good breakfast is waiting for you at the door. All is very nice. Asia has sent to us a lot of proposals to our travel. We’ll repeat the experience if we go again to Cinque Terre.

Very good price/quality ratio , close to railstation conection to Cinque Terre , valuable information provided by Sara , optimal breakfast with fresh pastry and espresso.Very clean , close to Carrefour express , walking street and 15’ to food market.

Great location, just near La spezia centrale. Great base if you want to use train for Cinque Terre. Good for traveller's with public transport or if you come by your own car, as parking is possible in front of the house (for a fee). Beautiful, comfortable room, very clean, good beds and pillows, 3 small tables (practical). We've had a good rest. Bathroom was nice, minimalistic, but with everything you need. Coffeemaker and water heater were available along with cups, glasses, lots of tea, coffee, bisquits. Communication with the accommodation was incredibly smooth, immediate and kind (Sara). They had video instructions for getting to the hotel and opening the room. I will definitely stay in this accommodation when I'll come again to this part of Italy. I highly recommend it!

Excellent. We were especially pleases with Sara , who was very responsive and gave precise instructions via WhatsUp. The parkong was located next to the building where wr staying and had video surveillance.

Beautiful room hidden in an old block of flats close to the old town and station. Everything we needed was there including some fluffy, white towels. There was a coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee as well as some biscuits. Asia delivered a lovely, fresh breakfast to our doorstep in the morning. She was on hand for any questions if needed. Difficult to park in the centre - park in the underground station car park which is a 5 minute walk away. We would stay again, it was lovely. Fantastic stay in every regard. Exceeded all expectations. The hotel had a great location and great value. They were always available to answer all questions and incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Such a beautiful area to visit.

Great location to the main piazza and train station, less than 5 minutes walk. Facilities were also very good with breakfast included. The staff, especially Delia were also great and very attentive. Perfect location to visit Cinque Terre. Easy walk the the train station where purchase a day train ticket which will take you to all of the cinque terre towns

Everything was great! Location was close to the train station to Cinque Terre and, also, close to the old city center. The room was nice and clean, good cofee and good breakfast. Our gide, Asia, was of a great help!
