Very clean and good service. Close to everything.

It was alright.. Can't say much else, not the cleanest

Our door did not shut all of the way. We were there for five minutes and then booked a Room at another hotel. The lights wouldn’t come on..

You get what u pay for. The rooms were ok until I went to shower and realized there was so shower curtain. We got one hot water shower during our entire weekend stay and the rest of the time we didn’t have hot water.

Excellent, friendly staff, clean rooms, allowed us to check in early on our first day.

First assigned room not made up; dirty wet towels on unmade bed. 2nd room functional but shower rod hanging from unscrewed wall mount.

We stayed from 10/28 to 10/30. The TV only worked on Saturday night. We couldn't get any signal for the rest of our stay. We were busy out and about so we didn't call for help with it.

HOTEL WAS CLOSED UPON ARRIVAL! A note was posted on the door saying they were OVERBOOKED & UNDERSTAFFED & to obtain a refund from the third party that we booked through. I sent a message to ******* 3 days ago and received no response. I also called the hotel who again referred me back to you. PLEASE HELP ME OBTAIN MY REFUND. We arrived after midnight very tired, hungry and cold, just wanting to eat what we brought and go to bed. Imagine our shock. We stopped by a few other hotels but they were either booked or cost twice as much. I understand things happen; especially in this post pandemic world. Seems everyone is short staffed. But the fact that no one called to inform us was unacceptable. I asked the hotel clerk why that was. She said they are only given the name of which the reservation is under, not a phone number. Therefore, ******* should have called us to offer another room close by. Please help me resolve this situation by issuing a refund immediately. Thank you.

Apparently, they overbooked and despite having a reservation, there was no room for us. We were told there was an unmade room that was dirty if we wanted that, as everyone quit that afternoon, stated KImberly. The place was dirty and the reservation was no honored. We were not taking a bed that someone had slept in! So inappropriate to even ask!! Highly do NOT recommend that place.
