Absolutely fell inlove with the place as soon as i got here. The staff here is so welcoming and quick. My vacation here was suppose to be 5 days but extended it to another week because of how much i love it here. The beach is right across the street and there’s lounge chairs so you can relax on the beach. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Then there’s a beautiful pool that you can relax at as well. The prices here are phenomenal and reasonable. I never want to leave!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!!

Another example of not to judge a book by its cover or website. Very poor hotel, angry, incompetent and negative staff. Start with less toilet paper than any of many hotels in Cuba to not being able to use the advertised and pictured facilities. OK, good parking, only my car, good a/c, excellent location but extremely noisy. Both front and side street always noisy with motos, trucks, cars, screaming. A mess. Inside, loud blasting "music" until 2 am. Terrible. Hot water, OK, after a time and decent maid service. It appeared everyone else was angry you were in the hotel. Check in: my 12 year old and I arrived at 12:30. Told very gruffky to return at 3. There were no others in the hotel. Made to wear wrist bands. Not an all inclusive, not even breakfast included. No reason. Sit at pool, dirty, small ok, no filters. There is a top deck easily accessible. Pictures in website, description but not able to be used after 2 times of going there. Told in very Nasty way, not to use it. There are 10 chairs, tables, even jacuzzi, did not use. Sat for 30 minutes, no one else there. Very indignant approach. Made to put a deposit on safe key and $55 deposit for not sure what. Been 7 days, not yet reversed on my credit card. The room was prison like. Very small window overlooking house next door of people screaming most of the night. Small bathroom, next to impossible to even see enough to shave. Price, after discounts from America. Express, ******* and hotels. Com was, $88.50 a night. Ok but really not worth the experience. Very unpleasant experience. I have been coming to Las Terranas for 20 years. This is the worst example of tourism I have seen. To add insult to injury. My daughter and I are at breakfast in a restaurant 2 places down the street. At 10:15 I receive a very disrespectful email that checkout was at 10. Never saw that note and since we didn't get in the room till 3. So I sent a note back we would leave as soon as possible which we did by 10:40. Very unpleasant and unprofessional treatment. My daughter and I travel frequently both in this country and in many others, this hotel should be taken off any recommended list other than to warn people NOT TO GO TO SOLAZ BOUTIQUE HOTEL

My reservation was for 5 days my first day was so terrible because the bed was very poor no hot water I was crazy the next day I spoke to the owner in she transfer me for 1 floor better bed but no hot water any time always something is going to be reaped never the day before my last day. They never communicate to me that if they take the power out for almost 5 hours I supposed to be on the dinner at 7 PM. I end up taking a shower with a water they provide me a gallon the owner she’s good the lady who work at the front desk she doesn’t care nothing she’s being more time talking with all the people and being her phone. Nothing else you told her something and she said OK nothing else it was really bad the honest she tried because she’s a very simple person but she try figure out problem and repair the problem but the end nothing was better. I take a shower I was sick and I request hot water several time my star is 2 The reason why I rented there because when you go see the front you can see the beach it’s nice, but the service and the communication is really bad. The bed is not very comfortable. You can feeling all the matter in your back.

Great location / beach front and nice pool. Beware of the rooms at the back of the property. The room had mosquitos, missing tiles on the shower, toilet with stains & shower with rust... The property is nice but ensure the room details before booking. Some have Ac some not. My booking had breakfast during the booking; which they did not honor.
