The housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good.
Shower was also quite good.
They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed.
But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals.
That was bad.
Breakfast was tasty.

Rooms clean, neighborhood safe, and the service was perfect. Staff found a way to help me at every turn. They had a bike for me to use which was great..lots of good bike paths near the ocean. They had a metro card for me to use. They arranged taxis and exchanged money of They had enough. One thing to know is the hotel.is not actually in the active area so if you want to walk around you need to take a cab or micro. Micros are wonderful. They pass in front of the hotel every minute or 2 and only cost a sole. They almost all go to kennedy park- the centre of action, arriving at kenedy within about 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, but remember to press the button on the table for service otherwise they may nit notice you. It took me a couple days to figure that out. Button method works perfect.

Hi I'm Andrew and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days 08/28/23-09/07/23 room 306........ beautiful, beautiful, beautiful ❤️ safe security, comfortable cleanliness awesome 👍 service wonderful location and language was not a problem it was a welcome challenge.... Vila Santa will be my home away from home I will be back.......thanks to all at the Vila Santa Hotel for a priceless vacation ....... Andrew green
