The beds are wonderful. I have a past neck injury and I sleep great there. Quiet, clean , comfortable. Excellent service.

Overall, the hotel and stay was good. However, there are a couple of issues we had during our stay. First, we were not informed until check in that the self parking option is not available on game days so we would either have to move our vehicle by 7am or pay $50/day to valet our car. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know in advance. This led to the second issue. After driving home yesterday, I noticed that there was a new scratch on my front bumper. Now I am not one to point the finger but I do keep my vehicle in impeccable shape and since I am the only driver, I would have known if I hit something. I understand that people make mistakes and at the end of the day it’s not a big issue but a little transparency and honesty would have gone a long way. I am disappointed that no one let me know about this issue and would have liked an apology. I have stayed at this hotel many times and this issue will give me pause in the future.

Great location, great service, great stay. The kindler is a few blocks from the Haymarket restaurant area, and centrally located to the University. This is a boutique hotel. Great service from the front desk during check-in. Very informative and helpful. As a 4 times a month business traveler, this hotel stands out as chic and comfortable. Recommend over the chain hotels in area. Parking garage attached to the hotel. Easy access to and from the garage into the hotel through portal.

Our stay was great. Very friendly staff. Well stocked rooms. We got in pretty late and tried to find a place for dinner, and ended up raiding the goodie basket! Close to everything, and the Huskers won!
