We couldn’t recommend this B&B more. The host Nicola is so helpful, kind and friendly. He organised so many trips for us and even gave us a lift to the port when we departed. A really great host. The room was so clean, bed sheets and towels changed every few days. Breakfast was marvellous, with fresh croissants every day. Location is ideal. Canneto is just outside Lipari so it’s a bit quieter, great for a good night’s sleep! We were able to get a bus just outside the B&B to go to Lipari in the evenings which was fairly regular. Definitely recommend Antico Palmento!

Amazing place! Very clean, great location: center of Canneto, right across from the beach (crystal clear water), and 10 min drive to the center of Lipari. The proprietor, Nicola is a very kind and generous person. He helped us with great suggestions, reservations for restaurants and excursions. Definitely will go to this place next time we are in Lipari.

This is a truly excellent place. Location is almost ideal - the beach is within 150 meters, the bus stop is just 50 meters away, there are plenty of places to eat nearby and several supermarkets in the vicinity. Our host Nicola is absolutely fantastic person. Very gentle, caring, always available, and ready to help. He helped us find the best option to eat, visit, and travel around. He is really genuine person and we really love him! B&B is impeccably clean, tastefully refurbished, and beautiful, rooms are spacious and very comfortable, Breakfast was good, typical; Italian style - more than enough after a perfect dinner! There is also a beautiful terrace, where we could sit in the evening, have a drink, and enjoy our time on Lipari! Not to forget - it is possible to have dinner prepared for the guests with typical Eolian dishes, wine and water included - fantastic taste, huge portions, and a very reasonable price! We heartily recommend this place to everyone! Hopefully, we'll get there again one day! Grazie mille Nicola!!!

This is truly an amazing B&B. The hosts Nicola and Angela provided excellent advice and personal service. Across the beach and bus stop to the center of town. the rooms were recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Nicola's love of music and singing put the icing on the cake. This is a 'must stay' B&B. I have been to many B&Bs but this one ticks all the boxes. Marco & Anna

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, pulita e situata di fronte alla spiaggia di Canneto e al molo da cui partono le escursioni per le isole. Il valore aggiunto sono sicuramente i padroni di casa: Nicola con la sua cortesia e affabilità e Angela con l’ottima cucina siciliana. Location ristrutturata di recente,in posizione centrale a cento passi dalla spiaggia di Canneto e a centocinquanta dal molo da cui si può partire per tutte le escursioni.camera spaziosa,bagno con finestra e dotazioni adeguate allo standard , Tv satellitare , cassaforte, Wi-Fi, frigobar ed aria condizionata. Nicola il proprietario appassionato di musica leggera e cantante è di una rara cortesia come Angela la sua compagna.Entrambi prodighi di consigli sul da’ farsi ,come e quando.Non è difficile fare amicizia e dispiacersi al momento di salutarli

Esperienza da rifare ottimo B&B. Nicola, il titolare, è una persona disponibilissima ed è sempre pronto a darti consigli per tutto ciò che possa servirti durante la permanenza. Mi sono sentita a casa di un amico e non ospite di un B&B. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

Il b&b Antico Palmento è come essere a casa. Esso è pulito, accogliente, luminoso, curato nei minimi particolari, completamente ristrutturato e dista a pochi metri dal mare. Ha una terrazza vista mare che non ha nulla da invidiare a nessuno. Appena si arriva nel B&B ad accogliere c'è Il proprietario Nicola, persona di una estrema gentilezza, cortesia, attento a darti ogni consiglio e a metterti a proprio agio. Nicola è anche un cantante che va ascoltato per forza. Insieme a lui c'è Angela, persona semplice, disponibile ed è una cuoca bravissima. Prepara a richiesta delle cenette pazzesche, da grande chef. Che dire...l'Antico Palmento è il posto giusto per rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza a pieno. È il posto migliore di lipari. Un caro saluto e arrivederci Marina
