this is one of the grossest hotels i have ever stepped foot in, we had to clean the a/c so that we might not sweat to death in our smelly dirty room, we had dirty pillowcases and i asked for more; they didn’t have any so i had to go buy some. we also had to clean the entire room as well. also half of the “amenities” are not even in the room like it states. i would rather sleep at……ANYWHERE OTHER THEN HERE!

When asking politely in the lobby how much the toothbrushes were in the vending machine-- they told me the price and was asked for tooth paste-- they told me to use soap. I was angry for the rude reply.... I told them I was going to write a bad review and contact upper management, I went to my room and called front desk to ask for name of owner--was frank. They called back and told me they had called the police which they didnt nor did they have reason to. I then left for a few-- come back they went in my room while 10 minutes of being gone and I told them I was going to put a lawsuit against them and they told me their lawyers would win over mine, Tried getting me to stay and apologize after telling them i'd be owning their hotel soon with Livonia police. Terrible owner..... He just gave his hotel away.

Di room was nice. No trash basin or kups, so dat made it eco-friendly. Microwave and fridge was good, although fridge had food in it from previous persons.

The first room I received was dirty, they transferred me to what they said was their only other room available, which neither heat nor the a/c worked in. By the time i got settled in it was 230 AM, and they offered me a 20$ refund for that night and a transfer the next. Still haven’t received the refund.

We arrived after booking a jacuzzi suite through **********. We were told they dont use ********** and they dont have jacuzzi suites, and then was given a number for ******* to call for a refund. Total disappointment.

This room was filthy, had a smell and carpet was dirty! The jacuzzi mirror had stains and and the jacuzzi itself was dirty . Tub was dirty, no tissue, toilet was yellow, bathroom floor was muddy, bathroom sink was stopped up, bedsheets had stains, AC DID NOT WORK!! I was charged an extra $17 bucks because they said they said ******* under charges the customers! I was disgusted and could not leave fast enough! I want a refund! Never stay there! The worst part, no one cared!

It was 87 in my room with no functioning AC unit. The room was absolutely filthy. Owners Couldn't even go get a cheap toilet paper roller for the room. The worst was when you contact Red Lion for help. They rmail you and tell you its and independent franchise of their parent company. If you are traveling don't stay here. You have been warned.

The room was so-so. Very poor lighting. Bathroom tub and toilet were unclean. No continental breakfast as was stated. Appearance on the facility was unkempt, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
