Travelodge London Bethnel Green

This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming. Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that Regard

The staff are super friendly!, especially Deanne . Food is amazingly prepared, better then other travel lodges I’ve been in . Lots of dining space & good lighting . Location is amazing from the top floor overlooking London all the way too Stratford

We stay here at Bethnal Green when visiting relatives in Hackney. The Travelodge is well situated - 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green Tube station with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby - Sainsbury’s Local 1 minute walk. The rooms are clean and tidy and just what you need. Breakfast is good value too with everything you could want. Michelle on front of house was very friendly and welcoming to us. Parking on a Sunday is free right through to 0800 Monday morning. A really good base and great value for central London

The reception and breakfast bar staff were really attentive and helpful. This included Michelle, Deanne and wilfrid. We thought we had booked early check in however this hadn't gone through on our app but the reception staff did what they could to be able to allow us to use a room even though our family room wasn't ready.
