Decent stay. No elevators for 2nd floor rooms. Parking is very tight. No room service received

Coffee in the room was very poor. Just 1 bag for 2 people and no sugar, no cream.
Breakfast included also very poor. Just some cookies and orange juice. Not happy at all with that

Great stay, friendly staff.
Only issue weather *****ping would help reduce cold draft, from underneath door. As well as prevent possible smell odors, from outside.

I did not like that guest upstairs where playing loud music and seems like they where jumping or dancing because it was alot of footsteps. Guest were running up and down stairs and seemed drunk so talking load. Walls and flooring very thin so you can hear all the noise. I had to check out the room at 1am because i could not sleep.

Felt ok clean, fine location, friendly staff, big rooms.
Found a cockroach in the room right when I was checking out, which was pretty unfortunate...
Breakfast was a little dull, only a few (tasty!) cakes and cookies, no bread or anything like that.
But all in all an OK hotel (except for the roach)

The room is big my 1 year daughter can play inside the room. The staff is friendly and nice. Pretty sure we book this hotel next time.

I was surprised when we first walked into our unit that the toilet and shower were in a separate room than the sink, but there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the sink area. We could not get the smart tv to work at all the first day. The second day we discovered that the Spectrum box was unplugged and there were no instructions on how to use the 2 remotes. 1 for the tv to turn it on and adjust the sound and the other to change the channels. Our room was just steps away from the Pacific Coast Highway and the traffic was extremely noisy. In the morning there was coffee and some small packaged pastries where you check in, but it disappeared rapidly shortly after 7 am.
I was expecting the room to be freshened up while we were gone for the day but it never happened.
On a better note the location was excellent except for the noise. Centrally located and not from the freeways and the Pacific Ocean.
